Common questions
All questionsDoes eFaktura cost extra?
No. eFaktura and the local signer are included in both the monthly and the annual plan, with no per-document fee.
What do I need to install?
Nothing for Prospect itself: it runs in the browser. To sign eFaktura invoices you need the Prospect signer on a Windows computer and your USB token with a certificate.
Is VAT included in the price?
No VAT is added for companies in North Macedonia: you pay €49 a month or €490 a year. For companies in other countries, VAT may be added at checkout, depending on the country.
Is Prospect accounting software?
No. Prospect covers the operational side: documents, stock, open items, payments and reports. It does not keep a general ledger; your accountant receives the data through the accounting export.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There is no contract: you cancel from the subscription settings, and you can export your lists of documents, partners and items to CSV.
